We strive to live and play like a family.
Work should be part of your life, not a chore. It should be ﬂexible.
2 We get things done with a sense of urgency
Results matter more than how long you work or how much vacation you take.
We believe in working hard and working smart.
We also believe in fostering a sense of urgency and pride in our work.
Your sense of urgency is contagious. Be an inﬂuence.
3 We communicate transparently with each other
The truth usually hurts.
But hiding the truth hurts the person, and eventually the company.
That said, remarks should be for the good of the person or company.
We don't tolerate personal attacks.
4 We obsess over our community, not our competitors
We strive to answer our community's most prevalent needs.
Our community is our drive. Without them, we achieve nothing.
We don't take shortcuts that compromise on company integrity.
We publish stories with value, or don't publish at all.
5 We trust data and stay focused on our KPI
