In 2014-15, on the heels of its verticalization strategy, they needed talent enhancement across verticals and this led them to look for new source of finding talent at scale. The Challenges The consumer brand was well known, but not the talent brand. Quikr wanted to expand into Bangalore, where tech talent is very competitive. There was a need to improve the acceptance ratio of offer rollout.
