Most nouns ending in “a” are feminine V.S. Most nouns ending in “o” are masculine Casa blanca El baño La vida El perro BUT THAT IS NOT THE WHOLE STORY THE ADJECTIVE, OR THE ARTICLE, WILL TELL YOU THE GENDER.
Verbs change for person and tense. Google a verb to see all the forms. Review them from time to time. Don’t expect to learn them by heart. Just refer to them from time to time. Continue to enjoy listening and reading.
Soy Mexicano “ser” is a permanent state estoy feliz Both mean "the state of being". “estar” is a temporary state

Don’t let verb tenses, or the subjunctive SCARE YOU You will only gradually get used to them. Don’t spend time drilling them.
