When Fall comes around, people enjoy things with apples and pumpkins!
And at my apartment, we have some apple trees where some apples are ready to go for some apple pies!
First, add 1 stick of butter and 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour, form a paste.
Peel, core, and cut about eight apples.
Add 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup water to paste mixture. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay one pie crust on bottom of pie pan. Fill with apples and mixture.
Place second pie crust on top of apple pie. Cut some silts on top. Place in oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce temp to 350 degrees, and cook for 35-45 min.
Take pie out of oven and let cool for several hours!
Enjoy this special Summer/Fall treat. I enjoyed it, and you will enjoy it as well! In Closing
